The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything

This is a fantastic book to use around the fall, because is can be a kind of Halloween book without the Halloween. It's also a great 'activity' book because the children can act out the story.

I made a flannel board of it to put the scarecrow together or would bring in each item of clothing for the kids to put on over their own clothes.

Language:

sequencing (using the above ideas)
object function (you wear gloves on your ?, you put shoes are your ?)
verbs (walk, run) I'd practice slow and fast with this too

Articulation:

There is a wide variety of sound mixed into this book. /l/ for lady, but also lots of good final consonant sounds
boots, shake, clomp, nod, hat, pants, shirt
