Dr. Mahmoud M. Yasin , who holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Management  from Clemson University, is a professor of Management at East Tennessee State University. Dr. Yasin has more than 200 published articles and papers. His research has appeared in such journals as the Omega, Journal of Operations Management, International Journal of Production and Operations Management, Thunderbird International Business Review, Journal of Services Marketing, International Journal of Public Sector Management, International Journal of Service Industry Management, Journal of Business Research among others. Dr. Yasin currently serves on the editorial boards of several journals. He is the recipient of several awards and recognition related to teaching, research and service.
