Welcome
Students and Friends. My name is Dr. Elwood Watson and I am a Full
Professor of History and African American Studies at East
Tennessee State University. I
have been at the institution since 1997. I am a native of
Delaware. Some of my hobbies are reading, cooking, exercising
and listening to music. My areas of specialty are in 20th
Century Post World War II U.S. History, African American
History, African American Studies, Gender Studies, Popular Culture and
