Some General Rules and Guidelines:
As the instructor, I expect students to have an enjoyable experience. I also expect students to exhibit good and decent behavior. For three weeks, we will be living in a small community where everyone will know who you are. I expect all students’ actions, therefore, to reflect well upon me, themselves, and their educational institution(s).
No overnight guests will be permitted in the field house(s). It is simply not fair to your classmates. I prefer that students not have visitors at all. If, however, you do have visitors, they must first be approved by me prior to arranging any such visit, and second, they must make their own lodging arrangements. Failure to abide by this stipulation will result in immediate dismissal from the field school.
I confirm that all above information is true and valid. I further agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth above. I recognize that failure to do so may result in my immediate dismissal from the archaeological field school.
