Dreamweaver uses the INSERT menu > followed by choosing IMAGE to open a file select window used for selecting the source of the image
- You can also access the IMAGE SELECT window using the following button
found on the toolbar at the top of the EDIT window
By clicking the small down arrow on the button, you can access additional choices.
