• I was a participant in the FTL 3 course (Academic Year 2002-2003

• I have been a member of the FTL instructional team since Fall semester 2003

  • Developed instructional material for Adobe Acrobat (2003-2004)
  • Showed the participants how to use the Windows XP Operating system (2003-2004)
  • Assisted with a discussion of the Pool Manager in Blackboard (2003-2004)
  • Developed instructional material concerning adding content to Blackboard (2004-2005)
