In-class exercise: Grammar and Proofreading Workshop

Do the following, in teams of two, in 10 minutes:

1. Proofread your team-mate's essay. Mark any problems you find, with a discreet dot in the margin.

2. Confer w/ your team-mate about any errors or problems you found in each other's essay. Make any neat, handwritten corrections that you deem suitable.

3. Agree upon one problem sentence that you think demonstrates an interesting grammatical issue. Find an entry in a grammar handbook, related to the issue you've identified.

4. Prepare to present to the class, using the doc cam.
