Babies learn all about the world through their senses — and early in life, vision is particularly important. Here at the IVC Lab, we study the ways in which your baby responds to the sights and sounds of their world, and how those responses shape cognitive development. By studying the links between experience and learning, we can gain a much richer understanding of how the brain develops in infancy and beyond.
What we see changes what we know. What we know changes what we see.
