bsmith_table3.dat:  from Smith et al. (2004): 
`The COBE DIRBE Point Source Catalog', Astrophysical Journal 
Supplement.

This table contains the 2MASS and IRAS photometry for the
target sources in the DIRBE Catalog, along with IRAS 
flags and the IRAS VAR parameter.

All sources in the Catalog have either a 2MASS association,
an IRAS association, or both.  Note that 2MASS associations 
to the IRAS sources are only included if 2MASS J magnitude 
<= 4.51 or 2MASS K magnitude <= 3.81, and IRAS associations 
to the IRAS sources are only included if IRAS F(12) >= 15 Jy 
or F(25) >= 27.5 Jy.

The format is as follows:
