Served as lead software engineer of a development team for a Management Information System for the Eglin AFB Armament Division. Initiated and conducted user training classes for these financial applications. The System Program Offices (SPO) MIS utilized SQLPLUS, SQLFORMS, VAX FMS and FORTRAN with the Oracle database management system. This effort contributed directly to Tybrin being named Outstanding Small Business of the Year for Eglin AFB and also the Southeast Region Outstanding Small Business of the Year. Possessed a DOD Security Clearance.

Also served as lead software engineer for development of a Flight Test Planning System for Norden Systems, a division of United Technologies. The system was developed on a MicroVax II using various DEC VAX software languages. These languages included DEC Control Language (DCL), Vax Terminal Management Display System (TDMS), Vax Datatrieve, and Relational Database (Rdb).

Served as database consultant to the United States Air Force for the Information Processing Management System (IPMS), an Air Force wide inventory system. My particular role was to provide training, technical advice, and guidance for the effective use of computer resources, specifically the MAPPER software language. Served as MAPPER Coordinator, System Administrator, and MAPPER Programmer. Tasks involved database design, security procedures, and overall system monitoring.

Provided system analysis and led programming support for the Air Force Office of the Future Accounts Receivable System at Lowry Air Force Base, Denver, CO. Trained Air Force personnel in MAPPER programming for continued development and maintenance of the Accounts Receivable System.
