A Mathematically Sound Introduction to Relativity for Math, Physics and Astronomy Majors

2. Style

To date, the course has only been offered during summer terms. This is unfortunate since during summer terms, classes meet 90 minutes a day, five days a week, for five weeks! This requires a great deal of organization on the instructor's part. As a result, I have typed up all my notes in LaTeX, and present them on overheads. See Figure 3. At the beginning of each class, I hand out hard copies of the notes so that students can easily follow along and make necessary marginal notes. This also streamlines things when dealing with tedious computations.
