This is a HST picture of NGC 602:
This gorgeous Hubble Space Telescope image shows a young star cluster
called NGC 602 that is located in the nearby galaxy the Small Magellanic
Cloud (SMC). The SMC is a companion galaxy to our Milky Way at a distance
of about 60,000 parsecs (or a bit under 200,000 lightyears). The cluster
is located near middle, with a large gaseous cloud surrounding it.
Several other galaxies farther away than the SMC can also be seen.
