- Your 3D model must consist of one or more components that meet the following crietria:
- The largest piece is less than 4" width x 4" length x 6" height
- The minimum wall thickness is 0.040"
- Fit and function allowances of 0.010" (ABS material thichness)
- Your part proposal must be approved by the instructor prior to beginning 3D design work.
- Upon completion of the 2D drawings and 3D models, your data must be presented
and approved by the instructor prior to sending the part(s) STL files to the Dimension
stereolithographic ABS fabricator.
- You will only be allowed to attempt fabricating a 3D part under the instructor's guidance.
