Peter Kantor has a site that's a little old, but still quite helpful on JavaScript including discussions on syntax and object models.
Devguru also provides a great JavaScript reference.
Another oldie but goodie is WebMonkey. They have some great tutorials on Javascript.
JavaScript Kit also has a JavaScript reference.
Dr. Grant Braught has a nice set of on-line resources for his course in JavaScript.
