Copies of the classnotes are on the internet in PDF format, as given below. These notes are based on the 12th, 14th, and 15th edition of Thomas' Calculus (which give very similar coverage of the Calculus 2 material), though the problem and example numbers refer to either the 12th or the 15th edition numbering scheme (this updating is a work in progress). The catalog description of Calculus 2 is: "Techniques of integration and applications of integration, inverse trigonometric functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, indeterminate forms and improper integrals, sequences, and series."
Chapter 6: Applications of Definite Integrals. Chapter 6 introduction
Chapter 7: Integrals and Transcendental Functions.
Chapter 8: Techniques of Integration.
Chapter 9: First-Order Differential Equations.
Chapter 10: Infinite Sequences and Series.
