Dr. Lampley holds an Ed.D. degree from East Tennessee State University and currently serves as a Professor and Research Specialist in the Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA) Department in the Clemmer College at ETSU. Dr. Lampley has been an ELPA faculty member since 2004. As a Research Specialist he works actively with dissertation students in both qualitative and quantitative research to ensure they complete their dissertation accurately and in a timely manner. In addition to his role as research specialist, Dr. Lampley serves as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the Higher Education Leadership concentration in the ELPA department. Being a program coordinator gives him an integral role in the advisement, application and interview process for all students interested in the HEDL concentration. Dr. Lampley teaches a variety of courses including Research Methods, Educational Statistics, and Quantitative Analysis. Currently, Dr. Lampley has research interests in online delivery and graduate education.
