		Friday (March 13th) 
		
			- Afternoon: Check in at the Carnegie Hotel
 
			- 12:00 - 5:00 pm: 
		
			- Open house at ETSU Paleobotany Lab. Brown Hall 
			(Science Building) Room 315. 
 
			- Visit ETSU 
			Arboretum, featuring southeast North American and eastern Asian 
			disjunct pair trees.
 
		 
			 
			- 6:30 pm: reception and food at Wilder Room, Carnegie Hotel.
			
				- Wine, beer, and cocktail not 
				included. Prepare cash, please. ($6.00/glass for red, 
				white, and blush house wine; $3.75/glass for domestic bottled 
				beer; $4.75/glass for imported bottled beer; $7.00/glass for 
				house brand cocktail; $9.00/glass for premium cocktail)
 
				- Food (included) - 
				example of choices: domestic cheese display w/ grapes and 
				gourmet cracker, small vegetable crudites w/ fresh herb dip,

			Hotel)
				- 10:30 am: Coffee break
 
				- 12:30 pm: lunch (southern BBQ buffet)
 
				- 3:00 pm: Coffee break
 
			 
			 
			- 6:00 pm: Dinner banquet and guest talk
				- banquet: wine; house salad w/ fresh vegetables and a variety 
				of dressings; guest choices: grilled chicken break w/ orange 
				tequila cream, seared Slamon w/ cucumber mint tzatziki, or Basil 
				pesto pasta w/ Asiago; entrees served w/ haricot vert and garlic 
				smashed red skinned potatoes, rolls w/ butter, coffee, iced tea 
				and water, and double chocolate cake.
 
				- Guest speaker: 
				Dr. Darrell Moor, 
				who is going to give a talk on "Busy Bees and Bountiful 
				Blooms: How the Honey Bee Time-Memory Enables Flower and 
				Pollinator Synchrony."

		 Sunday (March 15th) - Two field trips are planned. Vans will arrive 
		at the Carnegie Hall parking lot at 8:30 am and return at 4:00 pm.
