Research Focus:

My research focuses primarily on the role of professional development and its impact on science teaching and learning, K-12.  This research also explores contextual influences and effective instructional practices for developing conceptual knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge for students’ understanding of the nature of science in classroom settings.
